$7 Object Challenge
Students work in pairs to design, produce, and sell a product for no more than $7 USD
This project was a pivotal moment in my design education. Working in pairs, my partner had a clear aesthetic vision, and I made it a reality.
I found great joy in research & development, learning a new material and process. Producing a small run of ceramic goods was both challenging and rewarding. Completing this project inspired self confidence, and sparked a lasting hobby in ceramics and slip casting.
